Statutes – Wyoming Statutes § 3-2-301 – 3-2-303

Definition – “Child” means a person under eighteen (18) years of age who is in the primary physical custody of a caregiver (§ 3-2-301).

Signing Requirements – Authentication of all signatures by a duly appointed notary is obligated by the state of Wyoming (§ 3-9-301).
