Washington General (Financial) Power of Attorney Form

The Washington General (Financial) Power of Attorney functions as a written record to aid an individual in providing access to permissions to act on behalf of another about conveyed financial matters. Unlike the durable power of attorney form, the controls that the attorney-in-fact stands to gain will not remain active in the event the principal becomes incapacitated.
