Statute – Powers of Attorney (14 V.S.A. § 3501 – 14 V.S.A. § 3516)

Definition – “Revocation” means the cancellation by a principal of the authority previously given by the principal to an agent (14 V.S.A. § 3501(10)).

Signing Requirements – Notarization of the document is not necessitated in order to certify the revocation.
