Statute – Uniform Power of Attorney Act ( § 75-9-101 – § 75-9-403)

Definition – “Property” means anything that may be the subject of ownership, whether real or personal, or legal or equitable, or any interest or right therein. (§ 75-9-102(10)).

Signing Requirements – Legal notarization of the form is obligated to complete the transaction and institute the establishment of controls (§ 75-9-105(1)).
