Texas General (Financial) Power of Attorney Form

The Texas General (Financial) Power of Attorney is the non-durable version of the state’s statutory form. This means it possesses all the options available in the durable POA, minus the fact that it will expire upon the principal’s subsequent disability or incapacity.
