Oregon Minor Child Power of Attorney Form

The Oregon Minor Child Power of Attorney publishes a legal register granting an alternate adult select parental controls to care for a child temporarily. Oregon legislature specifies that the document can be used to issue agency for a period not exceeding six (6) months.
