Oregon General (Financial) Power of Attorney Form

The Oregon General (Financial) Power of Attorney defines the terms and conditions concerning the temporary issuance of controls from an owning individual to a designated agent. The registered agreement can be utilized to submit broad sweeping powers to an attorney-in-fact to act on behalf of the declarant regarding the principal’s associated financial, legal, or tax affairs.
