Nevada Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney Form

The Nevada Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney allows the owner of a vehicle to entrust another person with representing them in associated tasks related to the automobile. The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles will accept the POA and any associated application(s) to register legally, title, sell, or gift an identified vehicle on behalf of the principal party.
