Statute – New Hampshire Statutes – Uniform Power of Attorney Act (§ 564-E:101 – 564-E:403) and New Hampshire Statutes – Uniform Power of Attorney Act (§ 463:1 – 463:32-c)

Definitions – “Minor” means a child under eighteen (18) years of age who is unmarried and unemancipated (§ 463:2(V)).

Signing Requirements – A valid notary official is needed to confirm all signatures to finalize the arranged commitment (§ 564-E:105)
