The Nebraska Living Will summarizes an individual’s preferences concerning specified medical treatment options within a written register. The form is a standard measure to prepare a framework of desired actions as a precaution for possible health care outcomes. Filing the form aids physicians in understanding how the patent would like to proceed in various situations should they be physically or mentally unable to voice their requests.
