The Arizona Minor (Child) Power of Attorney, sometimes known as a parental POA, is the delegation of powers from one party to another concerning certain guardianship rights of a child under eighteen (18). The powers granted by a parent or guardian to an agent can be issued for a maximum of six (6) months.
