The Kentucky Minor Child Power of Attorney can be used when a parent or legal guardian needs to delegate certain authorities to another individual for their child’s well-being. In other words, when a minor is left in the temporary care of a non-parent, that person should be equipped with the ability to authorize any necessary medical and dental treatment and manage the child’s schooling.
