Alaska General (Financial) Power of Attorney Form

The Alaska General Power of Attorney Form is similar to a durable POA in that it can grant an attorney-in-fact broad powers over various areas of the principal’s financial life. The difference between the two (2) types of documents is that the general POA can become void if the primary party loses their mental faculties, whereas the durable POA remains valid.
