Alabama Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (Form MVT-5-13)

The Alabama Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney, known as “Form MVT-5-13”, is the formal action taken to convey specific powers that permit another individual to act as the owner of an automobile. Suppose a person who possesses a vehicle wishes to grant somebody else the ability to register, title, or sell their car. In that case, they can fill out and sign this document to convey that right legally.
